I listed this item as used. But it may have never been used? The cabinet it is mounted to was evidently new and looks like it was setup for this drive, it has a counter weight mounted to bottom and what I was told are either heat sinks or resistors mounted to the inside of cabinet and may have been set up for a project and the project was cancelled? a $35,000 drive and $700 or $800 cabinet is not a big deal to the US Govt. anyway it looks about as good as it can possibly look whether new or used, no dings, scratches, etc. I scuffed up the cabinet a little when I moved it to my warehouse. I purchased the control panel from several pieces of equipment that had taken out of service. I took the drive from the panel myself.
