This is a Flav R Fresh Pretzel Warmer. It could be used for pizza also if you replace the center rack. This was used for about 4 months in a Flea Market Business. So it was only used on weekends. I fully tested this and Everything is in Excellent working Condition. The unit is also in Great Cosmedic condition. Only flaws are the Pretzel decals on front that are faded but they can be removed easily. Also one decal on side has 2 small nicks in the decal.in picture 8 look at red line and you can see the 2 small nicks in decal. this trailer was built by a welding and fabshop. the owner died from cancer before he completed it. has never been registered. you will have to have it weighed and take the ticket to your local tag office for registration and tag. it has some surface rust on the steel. it measures 6x10x7'6 high. fabbed out of all new tube steel. the top is covered with 16 gauge galvanized metal and i have the 4x8 sheets to cover the rest of the trailer. all the frame work is done. has no floor. will have new tires. over 1800. invested.

This is a 1983 Lil' Cat custom made concession trailer. It has brand new tires w/a spare. Full size fridge/freezer. I am selling a nice concession trailer. First off it is fully self sufficient meaning it has 2 generators that come with it, solar panels 6 of them to be exact mounted on top of trailer these panels power a lot of stuff just with the sun. I am selling a used 2012 full commercial kitchen equipped food trailer built 8 months ago and only been used for 6 months. Trailer comes with two commercial grade American Range gas deep fryers. Full 4 burner range w/ commercial oven, custom made gas grill all covered by a large stainless steel vent hood. There is also a top of the line Whirlpool two door stand up fridge/ freezer, a ground mounted 3' wide meat freezer, rv ac unit, two large sinks and a hand wash sink, and a brand new Snow Wizard shaved ice system already installed with proper drainage to the water system. There is a large fresh water tank and a waste water tank with water heater. The trailer comes equipped with two 100 lb propane tanks and a 10,000+ watt commercial generator welded to the frame of the trailer and strong ... moreenough to power an entire house. There is also a 24" HD flat screen tv installed into the side of the trailer between two large order windows with shock support for opening the window awnings. We have all the electrical plugs and even extra adapters(worth couple hundred dollars) to various types of outlets to plug the trailer in. You can operate this thing in the middle of no where on gas or you can plug into a commercial 220v outlet. I decked this trailer out for my parents to get into the food truck and snow cone business but at their age it has proven to be just to much for them to handle. I hate to sell this trailer but no need for it any more. Just trying to recoup what I put into it. This trailer is approved and permitted in the city of Houston. One of the toughest cities to get approved for a food trailer.
