This is a 1969 custom rebuilt Shasta travel trailer with wings.in good shape. Very unique interior with a lot room to move around in and plenty of storage. It has five outlets to plug into as well as being wired for cable and phone. The stove is original and works. The fridge works but could use to be replaced. It has a one year old A/C that has only been used a few times. The A/C unit rolls out the side on a drawer out of the old heater vent. So no windows are blocked. The rear set of windows on the driver's side have three pieces of glass missing, but can easily be replaced. Bed area fits a queen sized air mattress or a full size regular mattress slide in just as easy. Awning is in great shape, but needs two new support poles. I am selling my Shave Ice Business that has been located in North Las Vegas for the past 4 years. It is a fully self sufficient unit and can start to make huge profits day one. I built it for my catering business and used it for local Farmer's Market events but have since transitioned it into strictly catering and no longer need a trailer this size. It is a 5' x 8' trailer with a gate and 13" tires. From the original frame of the trailer up is made from 1' square steel tubing and has a mixture of composite. Galvanized steel and PVC to withstand outdoor use and storage. As you can see the top is hinged and opens up to 2 positions with the highest position pictured. Headroom height is about 6' 6" when open and when closed will fit into a standard garage door opening ... moreso there is no need to store it outside because it won't fit through the door. Floor is treated lumber covered by new outdoor carpet. Although the trailer is not completely water tight it can be hosed down and washed without worry because of the materials it is made of.
