Took my truck to Baltimore for friend to work it but did not work out. I myself have a full time job and not enough time to make this lucrative. Would rather not but am forced to sell this nice business to whoever can use it. Positives: 1. Truck now has a four sink and faucet and hot or cold water set up to NYC code requirements; 2. Truck has two 20 gallon hot and cold water tanks that meet all health requirements. 3. It has been revamped for twin regular size propane tanks; 4. Small pizza oven installed for diversification; 5. Microwave for heating or cooking; 6. Generator storage area; 7. Three prong electrical outlets; 8. Three new brilliant diamond stainless steel canopies replaced damaged ones; 9. A huge coffee urn with three serving spigots at the back and two on driver side. It has ... moretemperature gauge and water level indicator; 10. Large area for display of cold snacks and storage of cold sodas and juices on passenger side; 11. This truck has a strong 1995 c3500 Chevy with only 129.000 miles. Negatives: 1. There is some seat damage on the driver's side; 2. There was an alarm on the old canopies that was not replaced. But the switch is still on the dash. This can be easily removed as needed; 3. The old refrigeration system was dismantled. Experienced workers in this business advised against replacing it. They say ice works better so this may not be a negative. Access to the refrigeration wiring is still there in case the buyer wants to have this system reinstalled; 4. The racks for the hot storage were stolen out of the truck and have not been replaced; 5.
