The Firewall Food Truck was engineered and hand fabricated to be the most unique vehicle on the street. No expense was spare in its construction, from the all aluminum interior, to LED lighting, to the custom engineered and fabricated wood-burning oven which was built in pieces then assembled into the truck at a cost of more than $20,000.00. This Concessions trailer was originally custom built and designed in 2005. For our mobile Soft Serve Ice Cream operation. We have done very well with this trailer and it has performed great. We did upgrade from the original"drop" axle to a heavier straight axle, because of the weight of equipment we had inside. The counter is re-enforced to hold a 500 pound soft serve machine. It was stored during winter. Other items included(but not pictured) are a new water heater, brand new still in the box(old one is not working) several"white" food grade water hoses and 1- 100 foot heavy duty 240 Volt 6/4 wire extension cord for electric hook up. This trailer is wired for 240 Volt/ 50-60 Amp service and also has a 120 Volt/ 30 Amp outlet for a cotton candy machine and other 120 Volt ... morestandard outlets for other accessories. It also has leveling jacks built in the back. It hooks onto a standard 2" ball and has a 7 pin elec hook up for connection to vehicle. Custom designed and built 24 foot 2009 Pro X Concession Trailer. The trailer was designed and built by the me(one and only owner to date) in conjunction with trailer manufacturer. Pro X, a commercial kitchen designer and equipment supplier and the local health department to ensure top quality construction, functionality and health department code compliance. The trailer design focuses on pizzas, calzones, meatball subs, gyros and custom sandwiches both hot and cold. The ovens is a two tier stack of Bakers Pride 48 inch ovens which are propane fired. The top oven was my main pizza oven and the bottom oven served mostly as a sandwich bread, gyro shell heater and meatball/gyro meat heating unit. The ovens are in the front of the trailer for weight distribution and near the door for help with ... moreheat dissipation along with the mushroom fan and vent. Next to the ovens is a Hobart dough mixer. Refrigeration is supplied by one upright True refrigerator near the front door and two Continental refrigeration sandwich stations with flip top product trays. Each unit is a three door unit. I utilized the unit near the serving windows for gyros, meatball subs and other sandwich prep. The unit nearest the ovens served as my pizza prep station. Included in the equipment are two large warming units that I kept near the serving windows to keep the pizzas warm. There is also a two bucket steam unit to keep meatballs and gyro meat warm. The trailer itself has a fresh water tank, a gray water tank, a hand sink and a three tub washing station required by health code. On the exterior of the trailer is a 40 inch Sony flat screen television to entice customers and have a crowd"hanging out" to draw others. It was most successful during sporting events. I will not PART the truck or the equipment of the truck out at all. I have a 1980 project catering truck that I started working on a few years back that is about 80% finished. The truck is a 16ft Grumman like a fedex truck. That means that the box part of the truck behind the drivers seat is 16 feet long to the back door. It has a 350 Chevy with auto. The motor and tranny have lots of miles on them I don't know how many but I intentionally went with this setup because they are easy and cheap to replace. It also has the double doors in the rear. And the single side passenger door. The entire truck is made of aluminum. The truck sits on a 2 ton class C frame. That is about where the factory stops. Modifications are as follows. The truck as a serving window in the passenger side that is made ... moreof the original skin of the truck. The body was removed and the support struts have had 5" C channel Steel added to them to reinforce the floor. This makes the body and the floor very stable and strong. It has a custom built steel. Outside ventilated lockable combination gas bottle/ Generator cabinet. The gas system is setup for double input to the gas supply manifold. The gas system is 1/2" steel and is routed under the floor. It has 2 large propane bottles and regulators installed. The generator is a 6600/ 10000 and is located in the base of the cabinet. The generator is setup to run off the main fuel tank. Inside the truck the the top of the cabinet is built to hold the 40 gallon water tank. The hot water heater is a constant stream flash heater that runs on propane and is all fed by gravity. A pressure pump is not required but is easily added. Everything not used for the catering truck purpose was removed from the inside of the truck it is now all brushed aluminum. The truck is also setup for towing a trailer. All of the exterior paint has been removed from the sides up to and including the roof radius. In preparation to paint. All the paint/ primer and activator was purchased and is included with the truck. $8

I am selling my custom trailer. I completed the build in October of 2013. I built it for my catering business and used it for local Farmer's Market events but have since transitioned it into strictly catering and no longer need a trailer this size. It is a 5' x 8' trailer with a gate and 13" tires. From the original frame of the trailer up is made from 1' square steel tubing and has a mixture of composite. Galvanized steel and PVC to withstand outdoor use and storage. As you can see the top is hinged and opens up to 2 positions with the highest position pictured. Headroom height is about 6' 6" when open and when closed will fit into a standard garage door opening so there is no need to store it outside because it won't fit through the door. Floor is treated ... morelumber covered by new outdoor carpet. Although the trailer is not completely water tight it can be hosed down and washed without worry because of the materials it is made of. With the gate down the overall floor space measures about 5' x 11 1/2' and the front has a tongue jack welded to it for front end support. Trailer pulls down the road at 75mph without any sway or shake and can be towed by a regular size car. Minivan or truck with ease. Possible uses are as a: Farmer's Market trailer that's exterior appearance fits right in. Concession Trailer to work out of or around the outside. Catering trailer to use at outdoor events.
