Could not find a category to put this in so I put it in with Fryers. This is from a fast food restaurant to hold French Fries warm and to serve them out of. I plugged it in and bottom of this heated up But the top overhead did not work(heat) You could still use it the way it is or buy that ceramic heater or mount a heat lamp on the top. The make and model can't be read on the sticker label. This weights about 35 lbs and it is all stainless. The last photo shows the top ceramic heater that doesn't work. This is a unit I purchased to do demonstrations as an independent rep. It was used on less than 100 demo sales calls and I will include a storage case and several filters. I had three clients that purchased units( the Willard Intercontinental Hotel in DC. The Ritz Carlton in Tysons Corner, VA; and The Jefferson in Richmond, VA) and they all seemed happy with their purchases. I quit selling because I wasn't protected on the repeat filter business and wasn't down for starting over every month selling hardware otherwise I was glad to represent this fine, German built piece of equipment. The unit itself works great and does everything it claims with regard to extending oil life and improving the quality of fried foods.
