Made of enamel coated aluminum with some typical signs of use.a little worn paint and minor scrapes and utensil marks. The fry pan measures just under 7" across, and holds approximately 1-1/2 cups. I have several used heavy duty 20 sheet stainless steel commercial pan sheet(bake racks) for sale. They're constructed from heavy 1" stainless steel square tubing and all have casters with the exception of one. But I do have the casters for it as well minus the wheels which needed replacing.
