This Deep Fryer was used in my lounge bar for about 2 years. There was a special way to turn it on, we'll that is what the cook used to tell me, I think he had to wait for the pilots to warm up to turn on the fryer, any way since that is not my area or work I'm not sure if that is normal or not, that good thing is never we had a problem using it, we also didn't use it a lot since we where selling more alcohol than food.
