2008 FRYMASTER FPH155SC Gas Deep Fat Fryer w/ Filtration System(8 gallon) ~Scroll Down for Additional Pictures~ This Frymaster was manufactured in 2008. Recently acquired from the cafeteria after a hospital closure. It was still full of cooking oil when I received it. Really clean in very nice conditon. Has the built in filtration system where the oil is filtered and returned to the fryer using the onboard pump system. Also has the high efficiency blower burner system to save on energy costs. It is complete except for the metal grate that lays in the oil for the baskets to rest on. Should be easy to obtain one from Frymaster. I was able to test the filtration system by filling with water and using the gravity dump valve to empty the water into the bottom filter container. I then activated ... morethe pump and the water was filtered and pumped back into the fryer. This system does come with a flexible gas line but I have not checked the heating system. I have no reason to believe it isnt working. I can hear the burner blower running when I turn it on. Everything is here to include the gas valve and igniter. No other testing has been done but I am certain it will work fine when gas is attached. Comes with the single bay floor model fryer. Filter system, 3 baskets and flexible gas line. It is solid state with a temperature control knob on the face. Also comes with the optional wheel upgrade. Hello. My wife and I opened a restaurant. And ran it for 10 months. This fryer was one of the most dependable pieces of equipment we had. I bought it new online for around $700. It's a fast recovery electric fryer, 6400 watts. It plugs into a funky outlet, which I am including as well as the 50' of cord($75value) that it may require to put it anywhere in your kitchen. It really works great, and it's easy to clean. The 2 tubs lift right out for easy draining. We also are throwing in a grease thermometer, and grease strainer scoop. We tried to get it as clean as we could. It's not perfect, but looks good and works great. It would be a great addition to any working kitchen.
