The hard plastic ON/OFF switch is broken off and there is a scuff mark to the right of were the switch is. This breaker would be selling for new if it wasn't for the broken switch. The original box is included. But the boxes top and one side is missing. The breaker still has the original Mitsubishi seal intact that indicates it has not been taken apart. Attaching parts(scews/washers) are included. I'm guessing these are for mounting the breaker and for attaching lugs at the bottom of the breaker. No warranty and no returns. Sold as-is.
