This is a beautiful Stainless Fountain Soda system that includes ice bin and lid which houses the cold plate and like new carbonator pump underneath. Free delivery along I-75 from Fort Myers. Florida to Chattanooga, Tennessee around January 7th or 8th. This soda fountain has some cosmetic issues such as some very light rust stains on the sides, one broken dispenser handle(but it still works fine) and a little bit of a bend in the stainless steel top piece that holds the fountain heads. Other than that, the only issue is that you will have to replace a pvc fitting on the drain, which is no big deal, and you will need to buy the CO2 regulator and hoses that go to the pre-mix bottles to drive the soda out into the fountain dispensers. I do have all 5 hoses that connect to the soda bottles, as seen in the photo, but I just don't have the CO2 regulator and hoses that go to the bottles, and of course I do not have the bottles either. You ... moreget the bottles from Coke or Pepsi. Pre-mix soda is the tastiest soda you can get. It is more expensive to buy than post-mix, but since the water(high quality water from the factory) is already mixed with the soda to exact proportions, there is no potential to mess it up with low quality water from the local water source. Plus the carbonazation is perfect as well. And pre-mix equipment is a lot more portable that post-mix, and saves space, which is ideal if you have a very small store or are doing a portable food trailer or concession stand. Plus, this pre-mix setup uses a cold plate with ice to chill the soda, so that might help you out if you are on a limited power supply such as a portable generator because this unit does not even hook up to a power supply. It will use a little more ice due to the cold plate, but as long as you know that ahead of time, you should have enough ice and that won't be a problem. You just load up the built-in ice bin with ice every few hours as needed, and that ice serves to pre-chill the soda as it dispenses from the fountain, plus it serves as a place to store ice to put in the cups before dispensing.

The vast majority of soda fountains found in convenient stores are the post-mix variety, which really is quite a bit cheaper to supply lots of soda, but the quality is almost always compromised because the water that mixes with the soda concentrate is just tap water from the city that goes through some filters. Plus the equipment for the post-mix is much bulkier, heavier, and less portable for for temporary food vending setups. This setup uses a built-in cold plate which rapidly chills the soda as it dispenses by means of the ... moreice that you load into the built-in ice bin, so there is no electricity needed to use this soda fountain. That can be a major advantage when you are working from a limited power supply such as a portable generator or a long extension cord. You will need some additional ice to compensate for the ice melting on the cold plate though. But as long as you account for that extra ice, it will not be a problem.
