It is for the'Silent Carbonator' with the Lifetime Stainless Steel Body" The manual is extremely well detailed and illustrated. Also included is another piece from Liquid Carbonic. It is brief manual and parts list for Red Diamond Cabinets commercial freezers. This item is dated 1946. The red service manual is from April. 1947. Both items are in nice condition. The Silent Carbonator was a bit wet at one time. You can see where the red from the cover stained a couple of the inside pages. This 4 tap fountain soda dispenser is a mixture of old and new. The base/body of the unit is made of stainless steel and appears to be in good condition. It also has a stainless sliding shelf/tray and there is stainless drip tray attachment that hangs onto that. The shelf comes out completely to access the items inside. It will look great after it is all cleaned up! The countertop on it fits perfectly but appears to be an older style counter top so an large one may have been custom cut to fit the base. The countertop easily lifts off as shown for access. The four 50s era taps have 3 Coca Cola handles and 1 Quinine Water handle. One of the Coca Cola handles had the name covered by an older Sprite decal or label. The taps are set in an extremely heavy Cornelius Premix Cold Drawer that is on ... moresliding brackets. It has a stop so it does not come all the way out. Research on the patent number(2871675) show this was made in the late 50s. The patent drawings make it appear that a refrigerant ran into the drawer itself. You can enter that patent number into Google Patents if you want to check it out. Inside the bottom of the unit you will find two soda kegs and some more hoses and fittings. As stated in the condition statement we do not know if that is every part you will need to run four taps so use your judgement. You will receive everything shown inside. It is dirty on the inside wall but it all appears to be syrup. Fluid can be heard in the kegs so the unit and/or kegs must have been laid on their side at one point for them to leak out. The majority if not all of it could be cleaned up with a throughout cleaning. The unit measures approximately 49"T x 23"D x 30"W overall. The stainless base alone(no countertop. Taps or attachments) measure approximately 20"D x 28"W. Please read through the condition statement thoroughly and view all the pictures. Hey Here is one of those ultra cool 10 gallon cornelius kegs for homebrewers! It's rated to 130 PSI just like most of the Corny Kegs you will find on E-Bay. This is an actual picture of the keg that is for sale This is what I did to this specfic keg- I cleaned it inside and out. I replaced one poppet and nylon insert(hard to find) on the gas side with new parts, I replaced the relief valve in the lid with a new one. I installed a silicone dip tube fat o-ring on the liquid side( the original ones are hard to find. I submerged tested the whole tank for leaks- The keg is air tight with 50psi. It's 25" tall to the top of the handles and 12" in diameter. I think most home brewers use these for brew water storage, or as fermentors( they are the right shape for that) They get pretty ... moreheavy when filled with beer- 90#s +) I like to use them for stuff that I don't have to move around much and maybe just want to lager in bulk. I then rack off into smaller kegs for serving. I have 3 more of these 10 gallon kegs that I have to repair before listing but they are coming soon. The keg still checks out perfect. And I believe it's good for years of use. It's a ball lock type general beverage, Pepsi type that has been used in the soda industry. The auction is for one keg. with metal lid and new relief valve and- BONUS- A NEW SEAL SET IS INCLUDED- One dip tube. And large lid seal and both tank plug o-rings.ALL Four SEALS! Up for auction I have this fantastic Russ soda fountain triple tap dispenser! I believe this came from an old ice cream shop here in Utah that is now long out of business. It has"RUSS" stamped on the front and embossed on the bottom it has"7953-C" Overall I would say it is in very good condition for the age, but there is some minor pitting of the chrome. All the handles do turn freely. The tip of the center tap is broken off. It is big and heavy and solid. Here are 3 different regulators 2 used to step down the pressure for secondary applications such as BIB sodas or beer dispensing and one primary regulator to be connected to the co2 tank. They are in good used condition. I don't have the time to test them individually but they were just removed from a working environment. They all have 1/4" barb or 1/4" flare in and out fittings see the pictures. The two secondary regs have a mounting bracket to hang them on the wall if needed. The Primary regulator has a relief valve installed in the port( 1/4" that would accept a high pressure(0-2000) gauge if you wanted to change it to a dual gauge regulator. For some reason the back side of the HP reg is stamped- not for use with beer" Not sure why because it's just a regulator ... moreand can be used for water. Or assorted gasses. I think it's because it has a range to 60 psi and that is over what you might want to push beer with.
