AS IS as found. This is a metal twisted wire as were the old Ice cream parlor table and chair sets as well as many higher stools This one is 18" high and the top is 14" across. Rusty but still a great piece, I would guess the seat was once covered by a leather cushion and held on with the bolts around the edge. It should spin to adjust height but it seems to be rusted tight I would guess it could be freed. Very ornate base that has been painted at one time in its life.

I do not have 3-phase power available so I can not run the machine. However I removed the panels and checked it out with a volt-ohn meter. The only problem I found was an open ground on the right hand side. This was due to the power cord ground wire lug not making good contact with the frame of the machine. I cleaned off all paint and wire brushed the copper lug and reattched it which solved the problem. Both compressors show no shorts nor open circuits. There are no signs of leaks, over heating of wires or components, odors, or other abnormalities were found.
