This unit was part of the equipment package that came along with an existing ice cream shop we purchased. We already have a Taylor machine with the flavor burst attachment. This is an extra unit that is not needed for our operation. Previous owner said that it was in working order when removed from service. Still has flavor bags in place. 21.5' Soda Fountain This auction is for one very large modular double sided soda fountain. This is seven pieces. That are designed to be connected, and the top seams were soldered. There are two stainless tables(one at each end- one 42.5" and one 24" two 32.5" 4 hole freezers, one 20.5" two hole(which has a hole cut in the bottom- probably not usable as a freezer) a 13.5" handsink with a dip well, a 60" fountain with two double sided goosenecks, and a 30" piece with two heated wells(for hot fudge or caramel) as well as more inserts and a dip well. Here we have a nice used Technogel Mixtronic 60(Pasteurizer/Emulsifier) for sale. 3 phase electric. Water cooled. Works perfectly. Very simply designed for easy use and easy cleaning. Why pay over $35,000 new? If you are looking to make high-quality gelato and ice cream then this is the machine for you. One Taylor beater bar. With scrapers as pictured. This came from either a 336 or a 754. We had both at one point, and they may even be interchangeable, but check your manuals. It is in great shape, and is nearly 17 inches long, which should indicate if it is compatible with your machine. The scrapers are in like new condition, showing no real wear, though some were on the beater bar when it was taken out of service.
