For sale is this Scotsman ice and water machine for making and dispensing soft chewable nugget ice. A favorite for food service laboratories and medical facilities due to it's touch less design. It came from an auction house with 4 others. They came from a medical center and I was told they were operating when removed But I can't say for sure. A friend who is an a c technician told it is water cooled and a copper line was cut and it needs to be repaired and recharged. You can see the cut line which is right at what I believe to be a low pressure sensor. I plugged it in and nothing happened but I am pretty sure that's because of the low pressure sensor. I will deliver this unit to you anywhere along I-75 from Ft Myers. Florida to Chattanooga, Tennessee around January 7th or 8th. If you want me to deliver it more than 10 miles from the interstate, I can still do that, but you will need to pay me a little extra for my extra time and gas. You see that this ice machine is mounted to a matching stainless steel stand. However, I can remove this stand for you if you don't need it. If you look up the model number on this unit you will see that it is water cooled. However, 95% of people do not want water cooled, so this unit has been converted to a standard air cooled version which will not waste a bunch of water unecessarily. Everything works great as should. Dispenses ice without touching anything; just hold a glass up under the shoot and ice ... morewill pour down into it until you remove it. It also has a separate shoot with that same feature to dispense water touch-free. If you do your research, you will see that this is a very expensive unit, so my buy it now price is very reasonable. Also, you will notice that my unit is mounted to a matching stainless steel stand, so you will not need to occupy any counter space for this unit, only floor space. You can see in the one picture that the top panel is bent up; however. This is only a cosmetic issue, and once the machine is placed on the bin the top will be up above 6 feet and out of sight anyways. The bin is NOT included in this listing, but I do have one available, which will be listed shortly. Everything works great on this machine; it makes piles of ice as it should. The only thing I noticed is the condenser fan motor has a lot of play, so I will replace that before I sell it to you, as I do not want that to become an issue later. I know the photos kind of make this thing look like a piece of junk the way it is just sitting there in my trailer on blocks(to compensate for unlevel ground so I could run the machine for a bit) but it is actually a very nice machine once it is installed ... morein place with all its covers. I will try to get someone to help me put it back up onto its bin later and get some better pictures of it so you see what it will really look like. But as you can see in the pictures, this machine has not been abused. The top cover blew off on the highway; that's the only reason why that is messed up. Nothing happened to the rest of the machine. The compressor sounds great, the water pump sounds great, everything except for the condenser fan, which I will replace before sale. Any time you are shopping for a used ice machine, you want to pay extra special attention to the condition of the evaporator plate, because that is the main part of any ice machine that is usually far too expensive to replace, and it usually goes bad before the compressor does anyways. With this style of ice machine, a Hoshizaki, what eventually starts to happen, but usually not until after 10-15 years, is the stainless steel portion of the plate begins to separate from the copper refrigeration tubing, which leads to inefficient operation and eventually rendering the machine inoperable. I checked the plate on this machine, and I see absolutely no evidence of any separation. And since that process of separation is due to th

Vogt HE40 with remote condenser. R-22 unit full of refrigerant. Bring recovery tanks and pump as its included. I think the capacity is about 90 lbs. Most components have been replaced. Compressor is one year old, along with water pump. Unit runs great. 3 phase electric. I also have a water cooled unit I'll be listing soon. Along with 4 Matthiesen gravity-bins. Two 12' screw conveyors, Matthiesen VL bagger, Hamer 125 bag closer on conveyor and fork lift. Will sell it all in one package or piece it out. Let me know if you want package price. Hoshizaki DCM-240BAE Ice Maker/Dispenser& Water Dispenser Unit is used great shape. Standard 120v plug. It's a self contained unit.
