This auction is for a Scotsman CME306AS-1B Ice Maker. A Scotsman IS160S-LF-1A Ice Dispenser, as well as a Scotsman Stainless Steel Ice Machine Stand. Total system package cost was about $5,400 new. This filter was pulled from a hospital kitchen that was recently shut down. Comes assembled(saving you time) with everything pictured including wall mount bracket and stainless steel braided hose on the inlet and outlet(hoses are freebies that are not included if you were to buy a new system) This filtration system was designed for ice machines but can be used for any purpose where pure water is desired. Here we have a Scotsman CME-1202AE commercial ice machine. In working order. I got it at the clearing auction of a convention center/arena in Omaha. This is an air cooled machine, so even though I have no water supply near my 240v outlet, I was able to test it by manually filling the water sump from a bucket, and it does indeed work. All the ice columns released well before the thaw cycle was over, so I think the plating is fine. I included a closeup picture. The solenoid also correctly detects obstruction and shuts down the machine after the thaw cycle, and also starts up again if you remove the obstruction. The one thing I could not test was the water inlet solenoid(since I was not getting the water through that line) So, it's possible the solenoid could be non-functional, but it's ... morenot an expensive part. I did notice the water inlet opening on the back, where you would connect the supply line, was pretty heavily mineralized, so you might also want to do a good cleanout of the water supply line. I have three other machines as well. One of which also works, the other two seem to do everything but cool. I think that either the fan control sensors are bad, or the refrigerant pressure is low. From a convention center/arena liquidation auction. A Follett 1300P ice bin. I got this with the Scotsman ice machines I have for sale separately. The body of the bin is 48" wide, 66" tall, and 31" front to back. The stainless steel lower hopper doors add another 10" to the front. I imagine these bins are meant to hold up to 1300 lbs of ice, since the machines that were on them were spec'ed to make 1200 lbs of ice. The bins are sturdy, but they do have rust in places, and quite a bit of mineral stains as well. The one in the pictures is about the best condition.
