Far stub shaft outside of bearing is bent. Front bearing mounts are cracked. However, 2 of 4 mount holes remain. I've made adapter plates to mount a Nema 23 stepper motor. Ballscrew assembly is in great functional shape. THK LM Guide linear ballscrew actuator. Double block style. The aluminum motor mount casting is cracked so only 2 of 4 mount holes remain. I've machined a NEMA 23 stepper motor mount plate and works just fine with the two holes instead of 4. Input shaft is 6mm diameter. Pitch is 10mm/ rev Bearings are in good shape. As well as ballscrew, motion is fine just looks ugly on the stub shaft(non-motor end) and the stepper mount casting. Stepper mount plate is secured with two M5 screws and threadlock, plenty strong for the application. The the traveler and ballscrew blocks ... moretouching.
