This item appear to be in mint condition but it does have a service tag on it. This is from a military medical surplus. The release paper reads"excess inventory" which means this was not need and likely had never been used. When the military buy new equipment, they are to get biotech certified so this might have been the case. Unit doesnt appear to have any cosmetic or functional problems.
