We just did a Remodel on a major chain grocery store and this piece was phased out. It is a combination island hot and cold case. Replacement cost on this case(not list price) is $8.900. It is a model IMBRSS4260S4. This unit was new in the third quarter of 2011. It is in overall great working condition. It has a few blemishes. There are some scuff marks on the edges, the sheet metal covers on the bottom has some wrinkling and it is missing one piece of plastic bumper rail corner. The top part of the case is a Hatco piece that has a heated base and heat lamps above. I am attaching the manufacturers spec sheet for this case. This case has casters that have been added after the fact. They can be removed, but it makes it easy form transporting.
