He looks a little green in the face, so he could use some makeup or some paint! Otherwise, it's in good shape, good used condition. MDI Windmaster 4101 Slide-In Curb Sign. I used this for 3 years at a valet parking business. My business shutdown so selling all Valet equipment. It has a small hole on the side of the bottom where the sand goes in to hold the sign down. I replaced the sand with rocks for temporary use. But it can easily be filled with sand again and re-used. This listing is for two sign/painting holders for display purposes. They are both aluminum tube construction. With extendable legs. No broken or cracked plastic on either but there are a few nicks and scratches. A few of the rivets have some light rust. The smaller one says made in china on it and I don't see any marking on the other. The large one is pretty sturdy, but I will say the small one seems kinda flimsy. They are both working as the are designed to. The measurements of both when fully extended are 74" and 67" long.
