I'm selling a lot of 4 steam tables. All are electric. All were working 2 years ago and have been sitting in a garage since then. The Vollrath cord was cut for some reason. I have both ends of the cord. But have not put it back together. The 2 Duke Steam tables are in very good shape. They both have sneeze guards and tray slides. One of the Duke's is missing a small screw on one of the legs which causes it to be tilted slightly. It is an easy fix, I just haven't had the time. The Vollrath has a digital screen and control panel. It also has a sneeze guard. I am selling all four together as a lot. I will not sell them separately. I know what they are worth. Wear Ever Model 4000-4 Fresh-O-Matic Steamer This is a countertop steamer that I got out of a local restaurant that closed down a few years ago. This piece of equipment is fully tested and working perfectly. This is an aluminum Wear Ever(the company later became Lincoln) model 4000-4 Fresh-O-Matic steamer. These steamers are the industry standard. According to what I’ve read about them you can cook an entire pound of bacon in about 20 seconds. It plugs into a standard 110V outlet and uses 1500W. As wide as ordinary half-size pans, but extra long, about 16-1/2" long, 10-1/8" wide, and 2-1/2" deep, with a marked capacity of 5-7/8 qt. These are very strong pans. Made of 18-ga. metal(almost a twentieth of an inch thick, as against the gauge 22 typical even of heavy steam pans) and each weighing about 3-1/3 lbs. each actually heavier than the full-sized pan of the same depth I very recently sold on Ebay. They are dimpled and well scratched from prior use. With very small dents in the lower corners, and the base of one has watermarks inside. Great condition combi oven combines a convection oven and a steamer. This is the professional model from Electrolux. The OTS 100 Libero(model 260914) which has a 5 half-size pan capacity, four modes, and is all stainless steel. I am also including three trays: two perforated. This is for a used Cleveland Steam Chef Electric Steamer oven. It is on a Cleveland stand number ES222834. It has 2 hoses and a copper drain pipe with it. It has 11 rack slots in oven.
