This is 2010 Accutemp S32403 DSeries Steam and Hold 6 Pans Unit. This was replaced to get a unit with higher capacity. It recently had the vacuum pump replaced which is the central component to its operation. It has minor dings but. With a good cleaning, would look great. We do not have a 240V service to test if further. This unit comes with unlimited phone tech support and the manufacturer can and will send operational brochures to anyone who owns this.
