Nice used Littman Cardiology III stethoscope! Tubing color is red. The pediatric side of the bell does not have the diaphragm. But is easy to order.Please see picture) Littman catalog#36573. Up for auction is a Littmann Classic II S.E. stethoscope and Heritage Series sphygmomanometer(blood pressure cuff) The stethoscope was used for a few months sparingly towards the tail end of a paramedic program. The BP cuff was used here and there throughout the program. But not often since the blood pressure cuffs that came with the program were usually fine. Black stethoscope Please look at pics as both diaphragm and bell screw off in order to replace plastic pieces! Just twist diaphragm piece to listen with bell DOES NOT have plastic piece for diaphragm The bell plastic piece is not smooth. It bubbles out and plastic is creased. It needs replaced. Otherwise it is in good condition(I tested it. And i can hear the rustling of my finger on the diaphragm and tapping on the bell side but still needs pieces replaced for actual use.
