This salad bar has been in use since 1998 and has worked wonderfully in our family owned restaurant. It is an electric bar with a standard plug so you don't have to worry about any ice or clean up or finding the right outlet for it! The bar is 72 inches long and includes the sneeze guard in the sale. The only drawbacks to this bar is that the back left wheel is broken. It could easily be screwed back into place though. The back side of the sneeze guard is cracked as well and has our logo on it. But if the bar is against a wall you can't notice a thing. The fan ran. But made alot of racket while running. It sounded like it was hitting the shroud. There was a couple of items sitting in the cold pan. I removed them and the sound went away. I'm not sure if it was the weight or just that ... moreI jostled the fan or shroud of the way. The unit cooled down well and had frost on the sides of the coldpan when I came back. The fan or shroud will likely need a little work to make this unit in fully functioning condition. I tried it again later on and it worked fine. So not really sure if it has any issues or not. I have 1 cambro portable bar. Its 8 out of 10 as far as condition. No cracks whatsoever. Wheels lock. Cold plate for soda hookup, bottle holder for bartender. Has a few scuffs in the polyethylene but nothing noticeable.
