Working Triplett 3413A Tube Tester. Nice working Triplett tube tester. Tests most vintage and popular tubes. Tube roll chart rotates easily. Nice feature is that the roll chart lights up with two bulbs. I show it testing a 6SN7 tube. The interior is very clean and without damage. The exterior is nice too with no dents just some light scuff marks. It was never stored in a damp place so there is no rust or musty smell. Handle and cover latch nice too. It comes with the old roll chart which is a bit wrinkled. Instructions are in nice shape and included. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: I WILL NOT SHIP THIS ITEM Internationally. Here is a Sencor TC142 Might Mite V Tube Checker in excellent condition. I have tested several know good tubes with it and it works fine. The case and inside front plate have minimal scratches. It comes with a tube data book that shows what settings to use to check the different tube types. It also comes with a service manual in very good condition. Supreme 85 Tube Tester- Collector Grade- Working! Here's a Supreme model 85 vacuum tube tester that's just simply beautiful. It's jet-black Bakelite panel is free of cracks or chips and the gold lettering is completely intact. The meter works as it should and even the large neon lamp. Missing from most older testers, is still present. The photos don't do it justice. The panel is so dark and shiny that it was impossible for me to get a good photo without glare making parts of the panel look washed out. Be assured that the panel is jet-black, even in color, and shiny- just like it came from the factory! This instrument has another plus. It not only works. But it works properly. I've checked it out thoroughly and calibrated the line adjustment- the only calibration control ... moreprovided by Supreme. The tester is shown in the third photo testing a known good 6A7 7-pin tube. The second photo shows the adapters that were later available for the Supreme 85, and are used to test the"new" Octal and Loctal tubes. The only flaw this tester has is its box. It has done a great job of protecting the instrument inside. But it shows it. There are chips in the veneer, the handle is missing, and there are some stains. I'm not versed in wood restoration, so I'll leave that to the buyer. This was to be a"keeper" for me; but with an eventual move pending, even some of the keepers will have to go. The tester ships with the schematic diagram. The data sheet(originally posted in the lid) the tube supplement dated 06/39, and another data update. All are on CD in PDF format for easy viewing and printing. In going through the instrument I discovered that the circuit contained parts that weren't documented in its schematic diagram, but appeared in the Supreme 85PL tester and are documented in that schematic. I'll include a copy of it also, along with an 85PL data sheet that may have some additional tube listings. If you'd like a really nice old tube tester that's not only beautiful

Has that feel. Comes with several sets of tube charts including one roll chart(although this machine doesn't use the roll chart) which is an update for the booklet charts. Here is a vintage Precision Tube Master Series 10-12 Tube and Battery Tester that's in very nice and also in as very clean condition. Its marked and was made by Precision Apparatus Company in Elmhurst New York and research told me the Series 10-12 was introduced in 1947 and that it was the foundation model for the Precision Series 10-15, 10-20, 10-22 and 10-54 models, research also told me that when these are found there wood cases are usually heavily damaged with scratches, stains and chipped from field use but notice in the photos this wood case didn't even know what field use was looking like new. I think the reason this is in such nice condition is that it was not used much at all, it came out of a very clean and well to do home and it was found neatly wrapped in a blanket inside ... morea trunk. This has been plugged in with lights working as well as its meter working plus notice its also with many booklets. This is heavy and a large unit measuring with lid closed 17 1/4 inches long by 14 inches wide by 7 inches deep and it doesn't show in the photos but it also has four feet on its back side like showing on its bottom in the photos. I do not know how well this tester is calibrated etc. However. It turns on, and the one 12ay7 tube I had to test it with that i knew was good showed as such.Needle moves when button is pushed. The reel with all the tube names and properties Is completely legible and rolls properly. Main and"Short" Fuses appear to work, was unable to figure out how to test the bias fuse, but it isnt obviously blown. The 9 pin socket I tested the 12ay7 appears to be worn, as the tube only lights up when not entirely seated on the socket and feels loose when put in. I am unable to test the other sockets. Cosmetically, In my opinion it appears to be in pretty great shape, but my vintage electronics knowledge base is layman at best. This was my Uncles.A USN radioman during WW II and I believe he kept it as a souvenir but I'm not sure; I do know it has sat in a closet for 45 years at least and it is time for it to go. I'm old enough to remember tubes but have no clue whether or not this still works, but plugged in it seems to power up. Inside the case is okay, the exterior of the case is rough but structurally sound. There is some paperwork that appears to be a partial manual that goes with the unit. This unit is as-is with no warranty, so check the photos, bid accordingly there are no refunds; I want it gone, hopefully someone knows more about this than I do and could use it.

This auction includes a Jackson model 658-1 vacuum tube tester in good working condition and with it's original owner's manual and supplemental tube data booklet. As the photos show. This unit is quite clean for it's age and all of the controls and push-buttons operate smoothly. All of the sockets are clean and are not cracked anywhere. The power cord is still in great shape without being brittle and the scroll tube data chart is still easy to read. The photos show this tester testing a 6L6 output tube(tube not included in auction) and, in addition, I took another photo showing that the AC line level is able to be set properly. Not Working I-177 1945 Military Tube Tester. Turned it on and no meter reading for any tube I try to test. I just do not have the time to mess with it right now so I am selling it as-is. This item is a Weston 774-4 Tube Tester and Set Analyzer. The panel is in very good condition. It can be used as a stand alone tube tester or a radio/audio set analyzer. It uses a type 71A tube inside. When used as a set analyzer. The adapter socket for a particular tube(say a 24A would use the 5 pin adapter) is plugged into the socket in the upper right, the tube plugged into that adapter, and a cable coming from the tube tester is plugged into a socket adapter to plug into the radio chassis. Then, voltage and current measurements may be made under operation. Here is some more information about what was tested and included in the sale. TESTING: The line adjust works. The meter works, and tested a 24A and a 12A6 tubes. They tested good, and no shorts were noted. I don't know if the calibration ... moreis good or if any components drifted, so this sale is listed as for parts. But the tester seems to work and may need a bit of refurbishing. The operation is not obvious. And I strongly recommend reading the included Instruction Manual. It will need batteries inside to use the voltmeter function. This tester has the 2.5V calibration control as well as a meter bridge calibration(set to 58.25mv) control moved to the front making quick calibrations or checks easy without opening the unit up. You are bidding on a WORKING Emission type tube tester that I have ran a calibrated"check" tube on and it passed inspection(unit has not been restored tho) As you can see from the pic's it does NOT test the more modern 7 and 9 pin tubes. But will be a GREAT tester for all the early type tubes. It will need to have the two plate cap leads replaced. As the insulation is coming off. For your consideration is this original RCP tube tester model 308 and a RCP modernization unit model 120A. These testers are in great original condition. I pluged the model 308 in and the power light comes on. That is all I know about the operating condition of either of these meters. The original manual is also with this unit. Has power cord exits at the top and bottom of clock housing. Has very nice face and glass and shiney chrome rim housing. The chrome does have the beginings of pitting but not very noticable and it cleaned up nicely but the pictures exaggerate this condition. It really shows quite well. This is my father's beloved Eico Model 625 Eico Tube Tester. Has the 4, 5, 6, and 7-pin sockets, the Octal/Loctal, 7-Pin and 9-Pin Miniature sockets. It has Shunt, Line Adjustment, Filament, Selector, with a few other swithes. The center scroll moves freely and guessing it is original as it is somewhat discolored. The light behind the scroll lights up. I was too afraid to plug in a tube, afraid I would blow up something either on the machine or the tube itself. It does not have the original instruction manual. The front is a vibrant blue with grey edges and the case is military green. History: My father was in the US Air Force and was a radio operator. He retired and they hired him as a civilian associate. For as long as I can remember. My father collected radios and restored them. He ... moreworked on Radios, TVs and HAM radios for anyone who asked him. It was his hobby and he enjoyed it up until a few years ago when he became ill. We are now auctioning the radios, testers and components to assist offsetting the loss of his income for my mother. This is a Hickok tube tester I bought off eBay as a backup. It is in good physical condition. All rotary switches are crisp for its age, all of the spring returns on the pushbuttons are good, and it the tube data roll sheet is readable and complete. I replaced the 5Y3 rectifier when I got it, and also purchased a solid state 83 rectifier but never used it, both it and the original 5Y3 tube are included. Now for the issues- This tester worked great for about 30 tubes, and then stopped indicating transconductance measurements on the meter during tests. The meter still works great(See the picture of the line test) but there is either a dirty connection, popped cap or resistor somewhere that wont allow it to read, and honestly, I just don't have time to troubleshoot and repair this guy, so ... morein the chopping block this goes. Also included are the original manuals that I received with the tester, a new(100% legible) Hickok 750 Manual with schematics, and two test clips.
