I purchased this at a liquidation auction selling out a restaurant business I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS PRIMARILY USED TO COOK. I plugged in it heats time times down. End time signal sounds stay on till reset. No instructions. I was able to hold button in change time- temperature settings. I forgot to put it in pictures but there is a threaded cap over the time/temperature adjustment just screw it off and the slotted screw is under it. this prevents unwanted changes. I see that a screw is missing but its not anything special and is not necessary for operation. All in all this things pretty clean and complete. We are selling an Ice Cream Waffle Baker by Gold Medal. Model 5051. This model cooks 6 waffles at once– each waffle is about 6" x 2.5" It is great for making large batches of waffles for ice cream sandwiches. This is very cool vintage Denny's commercial waffle iron. It works. Fully heats up on surface. Little bell does not work and is broke and missing the back cover will not affect performance of the iron. It's just a timer bell. Some of the screws have been replaced. This unit could use a good cleaning. Will be shipped as is. Thanks. Please carefully examine the pictures. This iron needs cleaning and/or reconditioning of the metal.
