I'll put what I've noticed in the details below. The will arrive cleaner than what the photos show. I failed to remove the sticker residue from it. It has its signs of use. Scrapes, scratches, etc. but I noticed that the cover that goes over the pressure release valve had paint missing. We ran it through its paces, and it all worked fine, and this may be normal(I'm not familiar with these AT ALL) but when it did its countdown after reaching about 171/172F; and did its steam release, it did it through the top and I saw some steam come out the back. I also noticed 1 screw missing from the back which I will attempt to find a matching one and put it in. I don't know if this is normal, but everything else worked properly. Could it be a clogged up steam trap? or a valve? I don't know. THAT part we are not going to warrant. We're not experts on this equipment. And this is the first time I've used one like this. The unit reached its proper temp. And what I believe to be the proper pressure. The controls all function properly, and the automatic door chime and door works automatically as well. Everything but the steam out the pressure release area seemed norm

Chemiclave 5500 I do not know much about this item it was purchased in a grouping of items. I was told it works. It does power up but I am unsure what needs to go where as far as liquids so I have only had it plugged in long enough to see it power up. It does look to be in good condition and the door shuts nice and tight so I think the seal is good on it. It does have signs of use as you can see in the pictures. It does show scratches and scuffs and even some very light cracks on the display face, just above the door. That is normal for these units, once they have been used for some time, but it does not affect it's ability to perform to normal expectations. This statim g4 unit has been in use for less than 1 year and seems to be in optimal working order. It may need a check up as there are occasional cycle faults but integrators are always positive for sterilization and the info shows up in the USB even after a cycle fault. It does have some trouble draining also but I've not tried recently either. Beyond that it needs a new nut on the inside of the waste bottle cap.

This is a used Tuttnauer 2340M 120Volt autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with tray rack, 2 trays, and drain tube. Another tray can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. I am selling a used Ritter M9 UltraClave. I don't know too much about this as I acquired it at a surplus hospital sale. Here is what I know about it; First of all. Every time I initially plug it in, the error code E001 is displayed. When I turn the unit on, it goes away and stays off. It will only come back on after I unplug the machine and then plug it back into the wall. This might be a normal function. I filled it with distilled water and I ran three complete cycles. It fills, sterilizes, and dries. All three cycles ran fine. The door automatically partially opens during the drying cycle. There are a couple LED segments that don't work(see some of the pictures of the display as it is cycling) The unit heats up to 270 degrees and the pressure gets up to around 30psi. This is a used Pelton Crane Delta XL 10 autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes fill plate 1 small tray and 1 large tray. More can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually ... moremore rare as most doctors will use the unit to about its max. We diagnose every unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times. Hello folks! I have here a used Tuttnauer auto-clave that has been sitting in our tattoo shop for 4 years. We are switching completely to disposables& she's gotta go! The auto-clave is in good condition. Never had an issue while it was in our possession. There is normal superficial wear on the outside surfaces& some metal stain on the inside. It has only had bottled distilled water, cleaned and tested regularly. All tests passed& come with the most current(and last) test. It also come with 3 steel instrument trays.
