There is a biomed tag reading the last inspection was good through 5/2011 so it hasn't been that long since it was in use. The liquid supply lines still had residual water in them and the power supply line is still attached. What you see is exactly what you are buying here. I am certain it is well worth the effort to get it up and running. This is a single door. He did not have it long. He purchased it NEW then soon retired. Original Tags and manual still with Sterilizer! This works just like new! It has three setting for heat: Fast. Medium and Slow. This was purchased from an estate of a dentist. We attempted to test this and got the psi to 15 pounds. There seemed to be a small leak in the reservoir.
