This is a Strite Anderson iron french fry cutter. You attach it to the wall. Lift the handle, put the potato in and bring handle down. It pushes the potato through the cutter in the bottom for french fries. It is very heavy. In good condition except a very small part of the handle has been broken off. This is a vertical cutter mixer. The brand name is Fleetwood. I think this is rated at 10 quarts capacity. There is a very sharp cutter blade in the bottom of the bowl that is driven by a 3 horse power motor mounted directly below the bowl. The unit is mounted on a metal stand with castors for easy movement in your kitchen. The motor is 230 volts 3 phase electricity. It has two speeds. This is a very powerful cutter mixer. I have operated this unit and it works perfectly in both speeds. It makes very fast work out of a couple heads of cabbage for slaw. Here is a very large and very heavy old cast iron candy cutter that measures at longest points 32 1/2 inches long by 10 1/2 inches wide by 2 3/4 inches thick plus with its size I imagine its industrial and was made for a business. Hello and welcome to my auction. This item is a Sunkist fruit citrus model 100 sectionizer chopper cutter Commercial Quality. This is a very useful item it chops fruit or even citrus into clean wedges without crushing or distortion. When I placed a orange from my blood orange tree I noticed that by applying the slightest pressure the blades would start to cut into it so you can easily center the fruit without having your hands near the cutter when in use. Then just a quick draw on the handle and its sliced perfectly. Note how cleanly the slices are cut even with a sharp knife you would be pressed to replicate these results. After the slices were removed from the bowl I noticed there were only like 3 drops of juice in the bottom that is how sharp these blades are.
