Do not find volt meters that required AC power. vintage very collectible great display piece sold as is not working. I did not plug it in and am not going to with the power cord in the shape it is. I have no way to test it. And I don't know anything about vacuum tubes whether they are in good condition or not. I looked at them. They don't seem to be broken but I'm not guaranteeing vacuum tubes in any way.
