For Sale is a La Cimbali M30 Dosatron. From 1996 I believe. When I received it it had been used in two coffee shops and was disassembled sitting in my friends garage. I work in the Coffee industry and hold several technical certifications for other espresso machine manufacturers so I decided to refurbish this machine. This is a 220v. 3 group machine. I started by stripping the machine down to the frame. I added some new frame paint and cleaned up the guts. Then a heavy descaling of the boiler and heat exchangers. The boiler was painted with a high heat resistant. High gloss paint to make the internals look much cleaner. All of the internal piping was removed and descaled. As I went I replaced every gasket or seal that there is including Boiler Cap Gasket, Heat Exchanger gaskets, Group head ... moregaskets, and Gicleur o-rings(all prone to wear out and some are rather pricy and difficult to replace) For the exterior the original paint was sandblasted away then it got primer and repainted in the colors of the Italian Flag(in tribute to its country of origin) and keeping with the theme the portafilter handles were redone and wrapped in Italian Leather. Sooo. there it is. I have put a lot of work into it and I will be sad to see it go. It will come with 2 plug heads and several extra portafilters. Owners manual, and some extra odds and ends. For sale is this Bunn Dual commercial Coffee machine with 2 portable pots and filter baskets and a La Pavoni Expresso Machine with all gadgets. This is an absolutely beautiful machine. I have only used it a couple of times, I purchased it used last year. It makes the most amazing cup of Espresso. This item is missing the Drip tray, which can be purchased online. There is a small, very small spot of rust in the drip pan. This item will need to be de-scaled, there is a very small amount of build up in the boiler, as I am not a professional, I wasn't sure what to use for health and safety reasons. All seals and gaskets seem to be working, as I had no leaks or steam sprays. This machine really is a piece of art. There are no dents, dings in the chrome.
