I have had this machine for about two years. Shortly after acquiring it. I took it to MR. ESPRESSO in Oakland, CA- a sales& repair shop run by a crew of talented old Italian men. They gave it a full tune-up, replacing the pump and a lot of the old rubber tubing as well as a full cleaning. It functions wonderfully, it has served me well and I took good care of it.
