I changed holder gasket Feb. 2013 and I did descaling also same time. We used this machine almost 2 months after that and then no more chance to use this machine again due to business trip. Straight forward functioning buttons with no complex computer screen that can be damaged. This will not come with the old water filter. But you can buy replacement or not use one at all. This is in very good used condition, except one long light mark on the side panel. Does not come with drink packets, but I'll see if I can dig up a few so you can test the machine upon arrival.
