I have for sale here a slightly used(approx. 2-1/2 months) Commercial Grade. Nemco Easy FryKutter. It currently has the 3/8" blade and 3/8" push block on it. In addition to that, I am also including with it a 1/2" blade and 1/2" push block and a stainless steel wall mount. I originally bought this for my girlfriend's restaurant last in August of 2012. She used it for approximately 2 to 2-1/2 months and decided that making fresh-cut fries the correct way(which isn't from cutter directly to the fryer) was too much hassle for her so I took it out of her restaurant and after sitting in my house for the for the last 8 months, I'm just getting around to selling it. This thing is extremely durable and very well built. And you can cut a whole lot of fries in no time ... moreflat with it. About the only thing I ever did was remove the blade and the push block a few times so that they could be hosed off in the sink and oil the slides with a little bit of mineral oil when I first installed it. As far as preparing and frying fresh-cut fries. If you are the lucky bidder I will also include with this the correct procedure for doing that. Yes. There is a little bit of work and even some basic understanding of the science involved(maillard reaction) but you simply cannot beat the taste of fresh-cut fries that have been cooked the right way. If you are seriously interested in buying it. I personally would recommend that you mount it on the wall. As you can see in some of my pictures that I had this mounted to a piece of plywood. That was a piece of 3/4" plywood that was wide enough to span two studs and was securely fastened to those studs. That piece of plywood IS NOT included with this. If you have any questions at all. This is a nice used Lincoln Redco Instacut Model 3.5 table top french fry cutter. Part of the plastic on the handle is worn thin as you can see by the photos. Several of the blades are damaged but it still works fine. One of the small rubber squares on the plunger is missing. I tried this out on a large potato and it cut it fine. There is a self locking nut missing from this unit and one blade is missing and another is broken. Apart from that. I don't see any other problems with this item. I've seen replacement blades available on the internet and I don't doubt that a reasonable skilled person could make thier own.
