This came right out of an estate. They unfortunately cut the cord because it had wear and safety.Therefore it has not been tested and I don't know of it works. This auction is for a fruit cutter. It will cut the fruit into segments and also cut out the core. It works well on pineapple, watermelon, or any other soft fruit. This has very sharp cutting edges, and it seems to be in great condition. I have not used it, but it did cut my finger after I bought it. Constructed of clear plexiglass frame with soft rubber handles and serated metal cutting blades. Selling a fancy vegetable cutter machine. It works and the little video demonstrates it turning on and off. As I understand. It was used to shred ginger in an Asian restaurant that is no longer in business. I cleaned it a bit and took the photo and video. What you see is what you get. The razor blade like shredder blades should be given TLC(prob replace the blade) and the big curved blade has a small ding on one spot that I feel can be quickly fixed and blade sharpened, see images. I have one of these commercial fry cutters. Easily mountable to wall and very durable. Easy push/pull handle makes cutting large volume of fries very easy to do. Condition: It was left in a storage room for months and it seems the movement is now stuck. I got it to move a bit when I sprayed some wd-40 into the moving parts and using a hammer. Perhaps taking it apart and cleaning everything will fix it. Blades should still be good though. Current retail price for this is ~$200.

For auction is a Lincoln/Redco 1/4 inch dicer(that's the blade that is in the unit) This is a good working unit less then a year old. Somehow we lost one of the rubber feet on it. So it wobbles a bit. It does not move when you are moving it. I know Lincoln/redco sells different size blades with for this unit but the only one I have is whats on this machine right now. Blades are still sharp and will dice up your vegetables for a while to come
