This is an item that I purchased from a local chefs at a casino. He bought it with the intention of using it but due to the fact that he does not have a Haccp plan local inspector's would not allow him to use it. For the four years that I have owned it it was only used for vacuum sealing fresh cut steaks to go for customers. The item is clean and in good working order with the exception of the toggle switch that is pictured in the listing. From time to time it seems that this switch will foul and will not start the vacuum cycle. It is a quick and easy repair but my instructions are to get rid of the equipment.
