This Intedge VS 999-6 pelican head shredder is in good used condition. It comes with the three discs pictured. It is in good working order. It is compatible with Hobart commercial grade mixers and others. I have included two pictures of the shaft alongside my measuring tape. It appears that the shaft is 9/16" when measured along the flat edge and 3/4" when measured diagonally. New grater/shredders for the Hobart mixers sell for $600 or more and then you have to purchase the discs for them. This is a 20 qt. stainless steel commercial mixing bowl. There are no markings on the bowl as to what brand or model it fits. It is nice shape but does have some minor scratching from being used. And it does have a small dent in the bottom of the bowl which will not effect performance of the bowl. see the photos) I do not know what brand this bowl is or what mixer it fits. There are no visible markings on the bowl. Please take a close look at the fittings for attachment to your mixer to see if it's right for your mixer. This was from my father's garage. The mixer is not available only the attachments and the bowl. There are no returns. From a local school district which is no longer preparing food for the students. This pelican head. Along with the other items shown, came with a 20 quart AS-200 mixer. I tested the slicer and shredder prior to now and both turn straight and operate as designed. Pelican head is missing the foil name tag and looks identical to another I have which has the tag. Pelican head measures +/ 12-3/8"h x 11-1/4"w x 17-1/2" front-back. All items are in used condition. The shredder disks have a few minor bends at the rims, but install as designed.
