Found in dumpster waste from a closed major supermarket chain. It is very old-school and would look great in public-view bakery scenario. I have no reason to believe it does not work as it was in use one month before store closing. But I will hook up and test if asked. The thermometer is dead on temp-wise. Depending on the interest and bids, I will replace broken handle(plastic) on hand nozzle and thoroughly clean the outside, so it will be ready to install. This is for all four grater/shredder plates. They are used and came with my used Hobart pelican attachment. Plate#1 is a grater. 2 is a 1/4" cheese/vegetable grater, 3 is a 3/16" grater and#4 is a 5/16" shredder. I don't know if they are actual Hobart brand or not. They are slightly warped but still usable and seem to be sharp. At this price you could keep the one you need and get rid of the others and still be money ahead!
