This came from a pallet of various test equipment. I was told this worked when taken out of service. But when plugged in, it briefly says ERROR 6 then that quickly goes off. I plugged it in several times after that and it never showed back up. I looked at some listings on Ebay and saw some referencing ERROR 6. So I'm assuming this does not work, and am selling it as such.
