I was told it was working great when removed from the foreclosed business. I plugged the item in and it powered up great. However I do not know how to test it any further than that. The unit powers up but does not display any info on the LCD screen and does not respond when buttons are pushed. This is a 1988 CompuStar Lotto Star Lottery Number's Picking Machine. It is a 25 Cent Machine. I can not find any information on it. So it may be a somewhat Rare machine. It look's great but need cleaned up a little. It is 21" tall- 9" wide- 10 1/2" deep. One of the capacitor's and the ceramic risistor have been changed but did not fix the problem. It will come on but the risistor get's very hot and need's to be unplugged immediately as to not cause more problem's. I can not figure out what it need's to work proper.
