This listing is for some meat grinder discs I just picked up at a local butchers estate sale there just 3 1/4" Dia. x 7/16" thick and have 7/16 dia. center holes and they are 3/8" grind holes. the one says 2L on the flat and that one is a 1/32 thicker they may fit many models but I'm not sure witch makes. ones stamped b 65, the other b 72 2 3/8 hope they help you out~~~ have a look and if you have any questions just ask. This is an original grinder attachment for a commercial meat grinder. I am not sure what it fits. Most likely it fits a Biro. Butcher Boy or Hollymatic. It is made of American steel and includes the three parts shown. The cylinder end is 3 3/16" diameter which is the size#22. It is very heavy and does show some rust. If you have any questions drop me a note. The square drive is 1" and the cylinder housing is 2 3/4" round where it mounts into the machine. Very heavy part. This part will not fit Hobart.

This is a Hollymatic 180 Commercial Meat Mixer/Grinder. It is used but works great. It is a 3 phase machine 208volts, 60hz. 23amp Motor. The Santoku(utility) is such a popular knife that i wanted a nice hardwood handle and shaped to fit in your hand. Bocote is an exotic hardwood with dramatic grain. It's durable and will hold up good. I've used Bocote alot and have never had a problem. I wanted alot more grip then the original so i cut the wood and shaped the handle. I also cut in fingers but went with a little different design just doing a two finger grip and letting the length taper back, and you need a really good grip on the utility knifes. It's laminated to each other and pinned so it can never come off. The blade itself is very clean and sharp. The edge looks as if it were rarely used.The blade is 5 inch and the overall length is 9 3/4. Super good condition. I would call this set"very close to new" Knife looks like it has not been sharpen since it left the factory. Knife and fork are forged. Knife blade is 8" And total length of 13" Fork tines are 4-1/2" and total length of 10-1/2" Sharpening steel blade is 10" long and with handle is 15-1/2" Original Plastic packaging is cracked but still useable to store set in.

Here's a estate sale find. Approx. 17 3/4" total length, Butcher Knife stamped on handle- 11912 DEXTER IMPERIAL SUPPLY CO. The blade length is 12 1/8" It is in used but very usable condition, old patina, wood handle tight with no cracks or chips. This paper 18" wrapper/holder is part of my folk's estate. Was part of my dad's meat processing equipment. I cannot make out the brand name of this cutter. But wrapper is in good condition.
