This is a brand new machine that has never ground meat but has minor shipping damage to original box. Scratches in glitter gloss paint and a slightly bent motor chrome housing cover. Also the original box has minor shipping damage to being dropped and I'm sure that's what caused the damage to the machine. Other than that. The TB-400E works great and grinds meat just fine!
