This is a Tektronic 5111A unit. These are my findings with this unit.1. The unit has 2 knobs that are broken(please see pictures 8& 9) Everything appears to work fine on it. But I could not fully test do to my lack of knowledge about it. I did play around with it for a bit and the beam finder( The little green dot. moves up& down as well as side to side. And also seen it pulse across the screen, all buttons push in and release as they should, and button lights work as well. Will come with a power cord. If not satisfied with it you may return for a refund, None of this"No Returns or As Is nonsense here" Thanks.

If you enter a bid you will get the 165-2393-00 in the 2nd photo. But IF you use BUY-IT-NOW, you get the slighly better 155-0237-00 in the main photo. These are used, but still good vertical output ICs for Tek analog 2400series scopes, Tek made these as 1 product off 1 fab line and labeled them with 1 of 2 part numbers after testing each for bandwidth as either: part# 155-0237-00 if they passed on the right half of the(Gaussian) bell curve, or as part# 165-2393-00 if they passed on the left side. Roughly speaking, 165-2393-00 will limit a 400MHz scope's bandwidth to about 360MHz, whereas a 155-0237-00 will let it work to around 450MHz. This means there is no reason to have the better one in a 2445, 2445A, or 2445B, but there is good reason to use them in 2465B and 2467B. 2465 and 2465A ... moreleave you a choice of little consequence. You will not notice any bandwidth difference between these 2 part#s on 150 or 200 Mhz 2400s. The typical symptom of a failed(or failing) U600 is inability to center anything on screen, even with beamfinder invoked. This is a Heathkit Model I0-102-8 Serial number 02507. It is a 0-5 MHZ oscilloscope built between 1971 and 1975 according to a Heathkit website. They said that there are manuals available on the web. The yellow power light comes on when you pull the on/off switch. I spent about 15 minutes trying to get a visible trace on the screen but I never saw one. Since I don't have a manual. I do not know how to troubleshoot this unit. The size is 17 X 13 X 8 1/2 inches and it weighs about 26 lbs. I kept it in my instrumentation cabinet for the last 20 years. This unit operates for about 10 minutes and then experiences some sort of problem which causes the trace to expand. I believe this is a thermal issue. New models available that year were the 2213. 2215, 2335, 2336, and 2337. They offered excellent portability along with light weight and low power consumption. Very rugged, they were rated to withstand 50g! Most of this was due to the simplification of circuit design, and a light weight but very well designed switching power supply. Compared to the weight and complexity of the 400-series, they were a dream. ... moreThese early models were limited in bandwidth. But in 1984, that changed with the introduction of the 2465 and little brother, the 2445. Not only did they have 4 channels, but the 2465 bandwidth was 300 mHz, with triggering to match. This curve tracer is in decent shape with just some minor scuffs and scratches. We were able to get a signal on the display, but the vertical focus knob is not functional and is very loose.
