Here's a vintage Non-Linear Systems( NLS) MS-15 miniscope. This works using it's power adapter. The batteries are probably dead. Though I did not try and charge them. Some controls are scratchy. It's shown displaying it's built-in calibrator signal. The power adapter is wrapped in tape(old tape) as it appears to be wearing out where the cable exits it. See the photo. You can see the copper wire. It is working though. Could probably be fixed with a little silicone rubber. It's sold as-is.
