Nice stainless steel meat hook mounted on rail trolley wheel made by Smith MFG Co. NY. Measures 32" from bottom of wheel to bottom of hook and has a fairly sharp hook good steampunk decor or for use in butchering dept.

I don't know how to measure the hook but the whole thing measures 18 inches from top to bottom. The actual hook measures 10 inches from the top of the hook to the tip of the hook. Pulley turns easily. All of my items are from a pet and smoke friendly home. Please do not bid if that is a problem for you. I ship to lower 48 and use USPS only. From a university surplus sale. A KEEBLER vacuum mixer. This was from the ag department- something to do with their cattle program. I assume they were using it for some sort of meat testing or something. Motor and vacuum pump both work fine. The hopper also tips over, to dump it out- it's very clean inside; they kept good care of it. I'd guess it holds maybe 20 gallons or so. Power is 3-phase, 240/480v. Only 3/4 hp, but it runs thorugh a reducer, with chain and sprocket drive, so that's plenty. Since it's such a small hp motor, I'd guess you could replace it with your own single phase if you were so inclined. The blades turn relatively slowly- it's not a blender, just a mixer. The chamber does pull vacuum, I don't know what units the gauge uses- I ran it up to'8' ... moreand then stopped. I didn't wait to see what max vacuum was, just long enough to see it worked. It has a tapered valve on top so control the amount of pressure. There is a motorized Gast lubricator on top of the vacuum pump, and that lubricator is out of oil, so you'll probably want to add oil before running this thing for a long time. It will ship freight. Crated. I should probably be able to send it to any continental US buisness address for NO MORE THAN $500.
