Used Geiger counter. I powered it with a 9VDC power supply and the display shows a “0” when it’s turned on. Two 9V batteries fit in parallel in the handle. It also takes two AAA batteries for a lamp in the handle but the light bulb seems to be dead or else it’s too oxidized.I have no radiation source to test this unit so it is sold as is, no warranty of operation.
