The only thing wrong is that the auto sheet feeder tray doesn't pick up paper very well. But manual loading each sheet works perfectly. Odds are. The auto sheet feeder rubber just needs cleaning, because the paper almost loads correctly sometimes. In some of the photos. I show it printing the Self test page. My son watched me print the test page and was blown away by the sight of this amazing machine drawing faster than your eyes can even follow at times. This plotter is very fast. And you can see the blur of the pen as it moves to quickly for the flash to freeze. On the back it has an RS232 port and an HP-IB port. Though ... moreI didn't test the ports. This printer worked the last time I used it a couple of years ago, so I'm fairly sure the ports are fine. It comes with a 14 day return policy. These chart recorders were pulled from service at a local mill very recently. Both were working perfectly when removed from service and have been cleaned up and retested for power on here at the shop. For shop testing we applied 120VAC power and watched the units go through self tests. We observed the displays pass start up tests and also did some limited printing to the paper disk. We did not hook any DC voltage or signaling to the units. Device mounting tabs for each unit are included. Units have been wiped down and blown out. Both are in very nice condition overall. These recorders are very difficult to find in this condition and are not being manufactured any longer.
