Antique Enterprise Sausage Stuffer 6 Qt Lard Wine Fruit Press Cast Iron No. 31 Please view all pics for condition. Shows wear from being used and from storage. Surfaces have some scuffs, and scratches. Has some paint loss, but nothing too major. Still has nice original paint, lettering, and and designs on the feet. The handle and gears turn as they should, and are not stuck. A nice Enterprise 6 quart sausage stuffer/press. Overall displays well! It just makes it more sanitary when the sausage stays inside the press when you crank down on it, keeping the sausage from oozing out the side of the plate. Just fill the stuffer as usual, lay the gasket on top of the sausage and crank down, the gasket acts like a spatula wiping the sides and keeping most of the the sausage from leaking out around the plate.
