This is for parts and as is. It does power on. The meter moved around a bit. However, I have no way to verify it works. Someone modded it by adding a switch at the input labelled"Hi-Z and 600 Ohm(probably a good thing) Someone also put a hole in the top of the unit(see picture) maybe to adjust a pot inside? I did not open the unit. The case is stained and a bit dirty but could be cleaned up with some elbow grease. If your a tech or a ham then you know what your looking at and what it is used for. As I recall if your trying to measure harmonic distortion in an HF rig this is a tool you need. This might be a great project or you can use for parts for another unit.
