HP 8903A in very good overall condition. Some of the tabs on the internal cards are misssing so care must be taken when removing them. I beleive this to be fully functional but please let me know if there are any specific tests that you want carried out- I have sig. gen. Frequency counter and bandpass filter available but only a PC soundcard oscilloscope. I cannot test any GPIB functionality. All keys are working on this instrument- often you will find some keys with the sprung metal that makes them bounce missing.
